Almost all projects conducted by Research Matters include the US and the five key European markets, with with an increasing number of projects also involving Canada, as well as Asian and South/Latin American countries. Every one of these markets is different in terms of healthcare structure, reimbursement process, medical practice and culture.
These differences impact on the availability and uptake of different products, and understanding country-specific differences is key to making the right decision in each market.
Our experience and in-house language skills (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Russian and Turkish) help us work more effectively, and this ultimately helps our clients get the most from the research.

In 2005, Research Matters joined the GfK group, one of the world’s leading market research companies. The GfK group was established more than 70 years ago as Germany’s first market research institute. The group now has more than 120 subsidiaries, offices and participations and approximately 7500 employees in more than 60 countries.
Although Research Matters continues to directly manage and deliver personalized services, we now have access to state-of-the-art GfK/ NOP methodologies and resources for our projects (including consumer methodologies). Depending on the project scope, experts from other group companies can be called in to advise on or manage specific methodologies.
