Research can be conducted by face-to-face in-depht interviewing, focus groups,
telephone interviews or using the internet.
In addition to the wide range of GfK methodologies, Research Matters has developed a range of specific tools to help meet our clients’ needs.
These include: Tracking Matters (tracking of brand performance), the Breast Cancer Treatment Tracker, the Colorectal Cancer Treatment Tracker and the Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Treatment Tracker (annual multi-client studies).
In addition, Research Matters owns specialist panels (including the Oncopanel), which enable quick access to specialists for short 'omnibus' - type questions.
We have access to a wide range of healthcare professionals in all the major
markets - Key Opinion Leaders, hospital physicians, surgeons, primary care
physicians/general practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, lab directors – as well as
patient groups, patients and health care payers, allowing us to target our research

contacts within each country enable us to access the right respondents and offer

across countries.
Rigor in data collection and quality control - We operate rigorous quality
control at all stages of the research process, with a hands-on approach to the
